Manila Central University (MCU) recently engaged in a productive discussion with the Caloocan City Health Department, aiming to explore future collaborations. They are working towards formalizing their partnership with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the institutional level and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the departmental level.
The planned collaboration will involve student rotations in public health centers, community outreach programs, and participation in government health initiatives. Fernando S. Santos, MD, MHcA, CHA, FPCHA, Officer In Charge of the Caloocan City Health Department, was instrumental in the success of the meeting.
