A true Centralino making waves on the international stage — Mark Jason Galauran, a student from the College of Physical Therapy at Manila Central University, proudly represented the Philippines in the 2025 Asian Sub-Junior and Junior Powerlifting Championships (Classic and Equipped) held in Dehradun, India.
Representing the country on the international stage, Mark proved himself a force to be reckoned with — earning 2 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and setting a new Asian record in the process.
In the Equipped Division:
🥇 Squat – 340.5 kg (750 lbs) | Asian Record
🥈 Bench – 180 kg (396 lbs)
🥈 Deadlift – 295 kg (650 lbs)
