Ritmo Centralino, the official dance team of Manila Central University (MCU), secured 3rd Place at the World Supremacy Battlegrounds Rizal Qualifiers, held on March 21, 2026 at Far Eastern University – Roosevelt in Rodriguez, Rizal. This achievement earned the team a qualification slot to represent in the upcoming World Championships in Hong Kong.
The competition gathered top dance crews from across the region, where Ritmo Centralino showcased strong stage presence, synchronization, and freestyle performance.
Two of the team’s members, Josh Aaron Dela Torre and Abdul Rafy Atar, also emerged as finalists in the Freestyle Battle category, highlighting their individual skill and creativity.
The team was led by Head Coach Paolo Crisanto G. Nuguid, with support from Assistant Coaches Kristoffer Mojar and Abdul Rafy Atar.
