Returning to MCU: On-Site Enrollment Guide for AY 2025–2026

May 29, 2025

Manila Central University will begin enrollment for old/continuing/returning students on June 2, 2025, for both the First Semester and Summer Term of Academic Year 2025–2026. This applies to students from the Basic Education Department (BEdD) and College levels.

To help ensure a smooth process, the university offers both on-site assistance and online enlistment options. Below is the full step-by-step guide:

 

For College Regular Students (2nd year and up), Grade School (Incoming Kinder 2, Incoming Grade 2 to 6), Junior High School (Incoming Grade 8 to 10), & Incoming G12 Senior High School:
  1. For Student Account Related Concerns, proceed to Student Accounts Counter (behind information desks).
  2. For Enrollment Related Concerns, proceed to Information Desk for Old and Continuing Students.
  3. If no other concerns prior to enrollment, access your student portal and select the online enlistment.
    • Select 2025, then 1st semester
    • Click Add Enrollment
    • Scroll down then select preferred mode of payment (Cash, Quarterly, Monthly)
    • Click Compute, check the 4 boxes on pop-up window, then submit
    • To change preferred mode of payment, select again your preferred mode of payment and repeat the succeeding procedures
    • Once decided with the preferred mode of payment then click exit.
  4. Proceed to Cashier for Payment of Tuition

 

For College Irregular Students:
  1. For Student Account Related Concerns, proceed to Student Accounts Counter (behind information desks).
  2. For Enrollment Related Concerns, proceed to Information Desk for Old and Continuing Students.
  3. If no other concerns prior to enrollment, proceed to enrollment advising on your respective colleges for assessment/crediting/encoding of subjects.
  4. Access your student portal and select the online enlistment.
    • Select 2025, then 1st semester
    • Click Add Enrollment
    • Scroll down then select preferred mode of payment (Cash, Quarterly, Monthly)
    • Click Compute, check the 4 boxes on pop-up window, then submit
    • To change preferred mode of payment, select again your preferred mode of payment and repeat the succeeding procedures
    • Once decided with the preferred mode of payment then click exit.
  5. Proceed to Cashier for Payment of Tuition

 

For Crossover Students – Kinder 2 (Incoming Grade 1), Grade 6 (Incoming Grade 7), and Grade 10 (Incoming Grade 11):
  1. Proceed to Information Desk for Old and Continuing Students to make necessary adjustments needed on your student portal.
  2. Access your student portal and select the online enlistment.
    • Select 2025, then 1st semester
    • Click Add Enrollment
    • Scroll down then select preferred mode of payment (Cash, Quarterly, Monthly)
    • Click Compute, check the 4 boxes on pop-up window, then submit
    • To change preferred mode of payment, select again your preferred mode of payment and repeat the succeeding procedures
    • Once decided with the preferred mode of payment then click exit.
  3. Proceed to Cashier for Payment of Tuition

 

Friendly reminder: Students should ensure their grades are already visible on their student portal before proceeding with enrollment. For any missing requirements, they are advised to coordinate with the registrar’s office.

With these preparations complete, the university looks forward to welcoming returning Centralinos back on campus as it begins another year of learning, growth, and shared success. A vibrant new academic year awaits at MCU!
