On September 24, 2024, Manila Central University (MCU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
People Dynamics Inc. is the service arm of Profiles Asia Pacific Inc., specializing in assessment-based talent sourcing, training, and organization development services. Since its establishment in 2002, PDI has become a formidable player in the outsourced HR services industry.
The MOU signing marks the beginning of a promising partnership aimed at enriching educational and professional opportunities through joint initiatives.
The MCU delegation was led by Dr. Renato C. Tanchoco Jr., President of Manila Central University, along with Ms. Fatima Manalang, Head of CAS Psychology; Ms. Nina Florentino, OJT Coordinator for IT; and Ms. Kathleen A. Tanchoco, Career Planning Officer.
Representing People Dynamics Inc. were Mr. Leo Gellor, HR Director; Dr. Joseph Francisco, Director for Research and Development; Ms. Myra dela Paz, Admin Manager and Quality Management Representative; Avon Pearl Amores, R&D Clinical Psychologist; Crisha Mae Ducay, HR-Recruitment; and Vera Garcia, Strategic Consulting/Research Manager. Dr. Abegail Tongco was a tentative attendee from their Cebu office.
