Manila Central University continues to enhance the quality of its academic programs as the Information Technology (IT) program moves forward in its preparation for accreditation through a PACUCOA Orientation Visit.
The activity brought together PACUCOA accreditors, faculty members, and program heads, who engaged in discussions on the standards, processes, and requirements necessary for accreditation. The orientation provided valuable guidance on key areas such as curriculum development, instruction, faculty qualifications, facilities, student services, and program outcomes.
The visit served as a significant step in strengthening the IT program’s readiness, ensuring alignment with national quality assurance standards set by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).
Through this initiative, the University aims to further boost the IT program by reinforcing its academic foundation and continuously improving its delivery of technology education. The preparation process reflects MCU’s commitment to producing competent, industry-ready graduates equipped to meet the demands of the evolving digital landscape.
By actively engaging faculty leaders and accreditation experts, MCU continues to uphold its mission of delivering quality education and maintaining excellence across its academic offerings.
