Manila Central University (MCU) is gearing up for the Supremos Pep Rally 2025, happening on October 8, 2025, at 9:30 AM at the Centennial Gymnasium. With the theme “Transcend: Beyond Limits, Toward Victory,” this year’s pep rally is dedicated to uniting the Centralino community in support of the MCU Supremos athletes.
The event will kick off with a Parade of Athletes led by drumbeaters and the MCU Drum and Lyre Corps, followed by a dynamic opening audio-visual presentation highlighting past sports victories and training moments.
Highlights of the program include:
- Spirit Building Segment – the Pep Squad will lead the SUPREMOS cheer and a crowd cheer-off among departments.
- Presentation of Athletes – featuring MCU teams in volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, swimming, taekwondo, juniors’ basketball, and the Pep Squad.
- Torch of Transcendence Lighting Ceremony – symbolizing sportsmanship and inspiration for all athletes.
- Special Athlete Performances – showcasing the talents of MCU sports teams.
- Raffle Draws & Audience Games – with prizes ranging from snacks and merch to sports gear.
- Pep Squad Showcase – a full hype performance to boost school spirit.
- Final Spirit Rally & Community Chant – uniting athletes, coaches, administrators, and students in a loud, unified SUPREMOS cheer.
Hosted by Mr. Benedict Legason and Ms. Jianna Gregorio, the rally promises an energetic program filled with school spirit, performances, and community pride.
The Supremos Pep Rally is more than a celebration of sports—it is a reaffirmation of MCU’s culture of unity, resilience, and Centralino pride. As athletes prepare for their upcoming competitions, the event aims to fuel their drive to go beyond limits, toward victory.
