The MCU-College of Medical Technology (CMT) recently celebrated its 61st Founding Anniversary with a two-day celebration that highlighted the college’s commitment to excellence in education, research, and professional practice.
The festivities kicked off on September 28, 2023, with a Campus Parade and the grand opening of an Exhibit, followed by a Thanksgiving Mass to reflect on the college’s journey. The day culminated in the CMT White Coat Ceremony, a symbolic rite of passage for medical technology students as they embark on their clinical rotations.
On September 29, 2023, CMT students gathered for a fun-filled day of activities during the MedTech Night 2023 celebration. The day featured a variety of games, competitions, and other activities that allowed students to bond and showcase their talents.
Notably, five students were honored with Financial Assistance/Scholarships generously provided by MCU-CMT alumni during the 4th Alumni International Homecoming.
The 61st Founding Anniversary celebration was a resounding success, and it served as a reminder of the MCU-College of Medical Technology’s rich history and its unwavering commitment to providing students with a high-quality education and preparing them for successful careers in the field of medical technology.
