Manila Central University, in partnership with the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), successfully conducted the Midyear Medical Mission: Operation Tuli to provide free circumcision services to young beneficiaries in Addition Hills.
This annual initiative underscores the university’s commitment to health advocacy and community service, aligning with the goals of SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
The mission began with clotting and bloodletting tests on June 2, 2025, conducted by the College of Medical Technology at the TFCF Office, ensuring the safety and eligibility of the beneficiaries. The main procedure took place on June 7, where MCU medical teams provided professional care and support throughout the activity.
Volunteers from the College of Medical Technology, College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and College of Pharmacy worked together to make the mission a success—demonstrating the power of collaboration between educational institutions and community partners in promoting public health.
This outreach effort reflects MCU’s enduring dedication to nurturing compassionate professionals and building healthier communities.
