Centralino Alumna Named Top Healthcare Professional in the Middle East

Centralino Alumna Named Top Healthcare Professional in the Middle East

July 4, 2025

Manila Central University proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Ms. Ana Boy Olimba, a BS Physical Therapy graduate from Batch 2004, who has been recognized as one of The Filipino Times Watchlist Top Filipino Healthcare Professionals in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain 2025.

Ms. Olimba currently serves as a Senior Physical Therapist at Excellence Medical Complex, a JCI-accredited healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. With over 20 years of experience, she is licensed in both the Philippines and Saudi Arabia and handles a wide range of medical, orthopedic, and critical care cases. Her dedication to providing quality patient care is matched by her strong commitment to service beyond the clinic.

Beyond her professional role, Ms. Olimba is an active member of several Filipino organizations, including Bantay at Kasangga and PPO-SA, where she leads and participates in community outreach programs, health awareness campaigns, and support efforts for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Her involvement includes regular visits to shelters and projects in partnership with the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh and other embassy-coordinated initiatives across the Kingdom.

Her dedication has earned her multiple recognitions over the years. In 2024, she was honored by the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh and the Migrant Workers Office – Eastern Region Operations (MWO-ERO) as the Outstanding Migrant Worker, a testament to her inspiring contributions to the OFW community in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.

In 2020, she was named Outstanding OFW Woman by the OFW 8th Congress, acknowledging her consistent efforts to uplift and serve the Filipino community abroad. Earlier in 2015, she received the Embassy On Wheels Outstanding Volunteer Award from the All Filipino Community and Sports Commission (AFCSCOM) for her exceptional volunteer work and dedication to public service.

Ms. Olimba was also recognized by Casanayan National High School in Pilar, Capiz, as an Outstanding Alumna, highlighting her professional success and the honor she brings to her alma mater and fellow alumni.
