MCU-College Dean appointed to the Professional Regulatory Board of Optometry

Dr. Christine S. Rodriguez, Dean of the College of Optometry, formally took her oath as a newly appointed member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Optometry before the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), which was administered by the chairman, Hon. Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr. on 9th March 2022, in the Commission’s Office at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.

MCU-College of Optometry is composed of dedicated and distinguished professors, including Dean Rodriguez who has led her department to where it is today.

In honor of fulfilling the goal of producing competent and excellent Centralino optometrists, the MCU faculty are bound and dedicated to sharing their skills, knowledge, and expertise. Throughout the years we have witnessed how it became a reality—from consistent high passing rates to board topnotchers, they are not only limited by sharing what they have but are also interested in bringing out the full potential of our future sight-savers.

This is just one of the many distinctions Dean Rodriguez brought to the institution and we celebrate her thirty (30) flourishing years of service where she shared her wisdom, brilliant expertise, compassion, guidance, and dedication to academe—this new milestone sums up her dedication for which Centralinos will be forever grateful.
