The library is located at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the LRC Building. With its spacious area and centralized cooling system, it is conducive for learning. The collection includes catalogues and updated books for each college. It has foreign and local periodicals have updated subscriptions. It also provides instructional and informative materials covering various interests.
The Dewey Decimal Classification System (DDC) is implemented. Students are given the freedom to read different reference materials and circulation books through the Open Shelf System. It is manned by professional librarians, who assist and supervise students during their research activities.
Sections of the Library
Books related or pertaining to the Philippines, written by foreign or Filipino authors are all in this section. A Ready Reference File about Philippine literature is already compiled for ready access and location of these resources.
Bound and single issues of professional journals are found in this section. Current newspapers and magazines, pamphlets, clippings and ephemera are in the display rack. Additional information for research activities, Instructional CDs and DVDs are also placed in this section.
Latest edition of books are placed in this section. Access to Reserve materials is limited to students, faculty and staff of the University upon presentation of valid library card. Use of these materials is limited for library use only.
Old edition and duplicate copies of books are in this section. Library users can at borrow three (3) books at a time for three (3) days of home use. However, a fine of five (5) pesos (Php5.00) will be charge if said resources are not returned on time.
It contains general reference books such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks and other materials which fall under the same category. Materials under this section are for library use only.Photocopying is allowed for fifteen to twenty minutes only.
Undergraduate thesis are also placed in this section, however, reproduction of the said materials is strictly prohibited.

Its sophisticated database allows users to easily locate abstracts, full journal articles, and links to related research materials. Library clients will no longer have to go to other academic libraries to search for related literature and studies. Instead, they will just access the Philippine EJournals.
