Centralino Stories Global Citizen

Global Citizen

December 7, 2022

I am Mark Alexis Balverde an alumnus batch 2010 who is currently working in the United States of America as a PT specifically in a Pediatric and Geriatric facility.

My college life was a bit rough because I am a happy-go-lucky type of person. I failed but I never intended to quit. After passing my Philippine licensure examination I rested for a while but decided to pursue my dream here in the US last 2016. It was tough but I know one day I will make it and I made it! The motivation I get is primarily for my family, especially my parents, because I want to give them a life that they truly deserve.

I am always grateful to MCU-CPT for all the hard work that they’ve shown to us, especially to my professors like Sir Sotto, Dr. Peregrino, and of course my Dean Dr. Basuil because without them I might be nothing right now.

When you dream in life make sure you are in a set of friends with the same mindset, and same goals because they will stick to you until you reach your dreams. Lastly, I am truly thankful to our Lord God for all the blessings and strength He showered into my life. It was tough but He made it easy for me!
