Admissions Procedure

  1. Register at the MCU Online Admission Application
  2. Print out your application form and prepare 2 pieces Passport size ID Picture White Background for submission at the Admissions Office located at LRC ground floor upon application
  3. Pay the MCU Entrance Examination at the Cashier’s Office at PGT ground floor
  4. Go to Guidance and Counselling Center for MCU Entrance Exam and Interview located at LRC ground floor
  5. Proceed to the following for evaluation and interview:
    • Kinder, Grade School, Junior High School: Principal’s Office (Basic Education Complex)
    • Grade 11: SHS Coordinator (Centennial Gym)
    • College: College Dean’s Office
  6. Go back to Admissions Office

Requirements

Pre-kindergarten / Kindergarten

Original Documents:

Enrollment Procedure for 2nd Semester – S.Y. 2021-2022

  1. Apply online at MCU Online Admission Application.
    • Click APPLY!
    • Fill out the profile verification and click Continue
    • You may now fill out the application form
  2. Student will receive an e-mail from the Admissions Office, wherein student will be required to answer the following:
    • Initial Interview Form (IIF)
    • Online Admissions Assessment (OAA)
    • Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS)
  3. Once submitted and verified by the Guidance and Placement Office (GPO), student will now receive a Letter of Admission from the Admissions Office and will require the student to submit his/ her original requirements. The Admissions Office is open from Monday to Friday. 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. except holidays.
  4. If the student has any existing medical condition, student will be endorsed to Health Service.
  5. Student will be asked by the Admissions Office of their preferred mode of payment and will be endorsed to the registrar for the encoding of subjects and enrollment.
  6. Student will now pay the tuition.
  7. Once payment has been confirmed, student will now receive a Welcome Email from the Admissions Office.

FOR SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES

  1. Apply online at MCU Online Admission Application.
    • Click APPLY!
    • Fill out the profile verification and click Continue
    • You may now fill out the application form
  2. Student will receive an e-mail from the Admissions Office, wherein student will be required to answer the following:
    • Initial Interview Form (IIF)
    • Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS)
  3. Once submitted and verified by the Guidance and Placement Office (GPO), student will now receive a Letter of Admission from the Admissions Office and will require the student to submit his/ her original requirements. FOR TRANSFEREE/TRANSFER-IN

  1. Apply online at MCU Online Admission Application.
    • Click APPLY!
    • Fill out the profile verification and click Continue
    • You may now fill out the application form
  2. Student will receive an e-mail from the Admissions Office, wherein student will be required to answer the following:
    • Initial Interview Form (IIF)
    • Online Admissions Assessment (OAA)
    • Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS)
  3. Once submitted and verified by the Guidance and Placement Office (GPO), student will now receive a Letter of Admission from the Admissions Office and will require the student to submit his/ her original requirements. The Admissions Office is open from Monday to Friday. 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. except holidays.
  4. If the student has any existing medical condition, student will be endorsed to Health Service.
  5. Admissions Office will forward the Transcript of Records (TOR) to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation and crediting of minor subjects and will then forward to the College Dean for evaluation and crediting of major subjects. An email will be sent after the evaluation.
  6. Student will now pay the tuition.
  7. Once payment has been confirmed, student will now receive a Welcome Email from the Admissions Office.

FOR CROSS ENROLLEE

  1. Check if the preferred program of the student is offered, student will apply online at MCU Online Admission Application.
    • Click APPLY!
    • Fill out the profile verification and click Continue
    • You may now fill out the application form
  2. Student will submit the hard copies of the following requirements to the Admissions Office:.
    • Permission to Cross Enroll
    • Photocopy of School ID
  3. Student will receive an e-mail from the Admissions Office, wherein student will be required to answer the following:
    • Initial Interview Form (IIF)
    • Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS)
  4. Admissions Office will endorse to the Unit Registrar for encoding of subjects and enrollment.
  5. Student will now pay the tuition.
  6. Once payment has been confirmed, student will now receive a Welcome Email from the Admissions Office.

1. Access AIMS (Academic Information Management System) Student Module Account

 

    • 1.1 Login to Student Access.

 

    • 1.2 Check Section Offering. Allows the student to view subject offerings in each course.

 

1.3 Select from Course then click the View Section button.

 

2. Allows the student to register and enroll the subjects. To register the subject(s)

    • 2.1 Click Registration

2.2 To get class schedule, click the box before the subject(s) that you intend to enroll.

2.3  Select the schedule from the drop down.

2.4 Click the button Save then Assess button. The system will readily show the student assessment.

    • 2.5 Click Registration

2.6 Click Save button. Save the assessment when preferred schedules are final.

    • 2.7 Click Ok button.

2.8 Click  Ok button to register the subjects.

2A. Allows the student to  enroll the subjects.  (For Incoming Senior High School Grade 12 Student)

    • 2A.1 Click Registration

2A.2 Click the button Save then Assess button. The system will readily show the student assessment.

    • 2A.3 Click Registration

2A.4 Click Save button. Save the assessment when preferred schedules are final.

    • 2A.5 Click Ok button.

2A.6 Click  Ok button to register the subjects.

 

3. Payment Options:

    Over the counter in all PNB (Philippine National Bank) branches or through BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking.

    Payments from abroad can be remitted to a BPI dollar account.

    Details will be provided upon request.

    Use the student number as payment reference.

   Keep the transaction slip as proof of payment when claiming the original copy of the Official Receipt from the Teller

   and the Registration Form from Registrar’s Office.
